An independent house of approximately 80 sqm, ideal for 4 to 6 guests, spread over two levels and built in stone with ancient terracotta floors and wooden ceilings that reflect the typical Tuscan style. The house has external access from both floors and independent heating.

The bright and welcoming living area includes a dining room, lounge and direct access to a private loggia furnished for outdoor dining, from which you enjoy a splendid view over the valley. The main floor also features a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

A characteristic cast-iron spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where a spacious second bedroom with double bed and two single beds is perfect for families or small groups.
