We collect the following data exclusively when the user submits the contact form:

• First and last name – to identify who we are corresponding with
• Email address – to respond to the request
• Stay preferences (accommodation of interest, dates, number of guests) – to provide relevant information
• Free-text message – to understand the specific request

Data is used exclusively to respond to information or booking requests. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or unsolicited communications.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox in the contact form. Consent may be freely withdrawn at any time.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a confirmed booking, for legal fiscal and accounting obligations (maximum 10 years). In the absence of a booking, data is deleted within 12 months of receiving the request.

5. Recipients and Transfers

Data is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties. It is processed exclusively by the data controller and family members directly involved in managing the property. No data transfer outside the European Union takes place.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation:

• pp_cookie (localStorage) – stores the user's cookie banner preference. This is not a tracking cookie.

We do not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), or advertising tracking pixels (e.g. Facebook Pixel).

7. Fonts and External Resources

The typefaces (fonts) used on this website are self-hosted on our own servers. No data is transferred to Google or any other external font provider.

8. Google Maps

The Contact page includes interactive maps provided by Google Maps. These maps are not loaded automatically: they are activated only when the user explicitly clicks the "Load map" button. Upon loading, Google may receive the user's IP address. For information on how Google processes data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
